We are beautiful.  We speak with melodious voices. We are love rolled into balls of us.

We deserve to be seen, heard, loved.

I know you agree.

We deserve all that and a double scoop of our favourite things!

So, hear your voice. Listen!

Listen to your voice echoed in the valleys of people around you.

Listen intently,

with both your ears, so you miss nothing.

Hear all of it, for what you say is valuable,

you deserve to be heard!

You tell such stories!

Some of the stories you tell are not true, so you need to hear them, so you can gasp in disbelief and go on to replace them with truer ones, ones that speak to your enchanting nature.

You tell a story of a hardened heart,

begging to be loved to a flowing and pliable softness.

You tell of eyes closed shut to the beauty of nature,

your true nature,

the glue blinding and indulgent.

When you do hear yourself, your compassion is so natural a response and just the panacea you need, rendering a view so wide, so bright.

Take off your glasses and see.

See yourself as you come up in different guises.

See your innocence and joyful nature in the trusting confidence of a child.

Watch your unbridled beauty in the sway of a horse’s hips

as it moves to the dance of sweet music playing for its ears only.

Stay in the moment and

see the colours you paint as you laugh out loud,

for the joy of hearing the sound of happiness that throbs rhythmically in you.

Oh hear and see yourself, do!

And, do see your waver and dither in the face of a woman begging in the streets,

and lovingly remind yourself and her,

with a smile,

that you both carry a gift so important, and that, all that is for you, is to let it find expression in you, through you and as you.

With certainty, give her the gift of assurance

that she matters,

and then see how you matter.

Indeed, love yourself,

ALL parts of you,

parts of you, we all are showing up as.

Love us,

because that is the only way to love you.

Treat us with the utmost love and compassion,

because indeed that is your gift of love and compassion to yourself.

The untold you-ness!
